The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
You may indicate your intention to withdraw:
by email to publishing@wovenhills.com, or
by using the model withdrawal form below.
The withdrawal deadline shall be deemed observed if you send your withdrawal declaration before the expiry of the 14-day period. In the event of withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Consumer.
The Service Provider will refund the price of the product to the Consumer after receipt of the returned product, but no later than 14 days thereafter (refund of the shipping fee will be made in accordance with the applicable statutory rules). The Consumer is liable for any depreciation in the value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
