1. Purpose of this Document
These Shipping Terms and Conditions (“Shipping Policy”) govern the method, conditions, restrictions, and consumer rights related to the delivery of the Rebel Heart book ordered through the online store available at www.rebelheart-book.com (hereinafter: the “Webshop”).
This document has been prepared in compliance with applicable Hungarian and European Union legislation, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Act, and the regulations governing electronic commerce.
2. Order Quantity Limitations
Due to logistical characteristics, customs risks, and the physical fragility of the product, the following quantity limitations apply:
2.1. All countries (except the USA)
A maximum of 2 books per order may be purchased.
2.2. United States of America (USA)
A maximum of 1 book per order may be purchased.
Reason: Packeta USA logistical limitations, customs charges, and customs clearance risks.
These order limitations are automatically enforced in the Webshop.
3. Shipping Within Hungary
Deliveries within the territory of Hungary are handled exclusively by FOXPOST.

The Webshop does not use Packeta’s domestic delivery services in Hungary (Z-Point, Z-Box).
4. International Shipping – Packeta
For shipments outside Hungary, delivery is carried out by the international logistics network of Packeta (Zásilkovna).
The shipping method (pick-up point / home delivery) may vary depending on the destination country.

The list below includes only those countries currently served by the Webshop, based on Packeta’s official international destination list.
Russia and Ukraine are excluded from delivery.

6. Shipping Process
The Customer places an order in the Webshop.
After order processing, the parcel is prepared and dispatched with a Packeta or FOXPOST shipping label.
The Customer receives automatic email/SMS notifications from the selected carrier.
The parcel can be tracked on the carrier’s official tracking page.
Upon successful delivery, the package may be collected at the designated pick-up point or received at the Customer’s address.
7. Shipping Fees and Delivery Times
Shipping fees vary by country, and the Webshop displays the applicable fee for the selected destination before payment.
Delivery times depend on:
the destination country,
Packeta’s logistics network,
potential customs procedures (for non-EU destinations).
The Webshop cannot guarantee delivery times, as they depend on the performance of the courier service.
8. Payment Methods
8.1. Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
After placing the order, the Customer receives the Service Provider’s bank account details and the required order reference number via email.
The Service Provider reserves the order until payment is received; if payment is not completed within 3 business days, the Service Provider may cancel the order.
The order reference number must be indicated in the payment comment field.
8.2. Online Card Payment (Stripe)
The Webshop offers secure online card payment via Stripe, an international payment processor.
Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure payment interface.
Woven Hills Kft. does not have access to, nor does it store, any card data.
Stripe processes payment data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
8.3. PayPal Payment
The Customer may also pay via PayPal.
In this case, payment is completed on PayPal’s interface; the Service Provider does not access or process the Customer’s card or account information.
A PayPal account is required, unless PayPal’s guest checkout option is available.
8.4. Apple Pay (via Stripe)
If supported by the Customer’s device and card issuer, Apple Pay can be used through Stripe’s integrated payment interface.
The Service Provider does not access the Customer’s card data.
8.5. Google Pay (via Stripe)
If supported by the Customer’s device and card issuer, Google Pay can be used through Stripe’s integrated interface.
The Service Provider does not access the Customer’s card data.
8.6. Currency of Payment
Depending on the Webshop’s configuration, payments may be processed in HUF or EUR.
The applicable currency is clearly displayed on the payment page.
If the Customer’s bank account uses a different currency, the final amount charged may differ due to the bank’s exchange rate conversion.
8.7. Failed Payments
If a transaction is unsuccessful, interrupted, or declined, the order is not considered final.
In such cases, the Customer may:
attempt payment again, or
place a new order, or
contact customer support.
8.8. Invoicing
The invoice is issued based on the billing details provided during checkout.
Invoices are issued electronically and delivered via email or included in the package.
9. Customs and Import Fees (Non-EU Countries)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for:
customs clearance,
import duties,
customs handling fees.
Delays resulting from customs inspections are outside the control of the Webshop, and the Webshop assumes no liability for such delays.
10. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If the shipment:
cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, or
is not collected by the Customer and is returned to the sender,
then:
reshipment is possible only upon payment of a new shipping fee, and
the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
